A railway bridge is designed to last a hundred years. Every material tested. Every joint certified. The engineer accountable for the full outcome, for the life of the structure.
For twenty-five years, K S Gayen built the infrastructure that Eastern India moves on, railways, bridges, and highways, through BPCOne, the established engineering company he founded.
Then he looked at how Eastern India was building its homes. The same materials. The same soil. The same monsoons. And none of the engineering rigour he applied to national infrastructure.

Three things were missing. Nobody was solving all three.
INFRAHUB serves West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar, and Assam. K S Gayen founded INFRAHUB through BPCOne's twenty-five years of infrastructure engineering expertise across Eastern India's railways, bridges, and highways.Diagnosis was missing. Buildings were failing and no one was asking why. Contractors applied solutions to symptoms. The root cause went untreated. The same problem returned, sometimes worse.
Testing was missing. Materials arrived at sites on trust. No laboratory involved. The gap between what was specified and what was delivered was invisible, until the structure made it visible.
Accountability was missing. Dozens of people touch a building between conception and completion. Each responsible for their part. Nobody responsible for the whole. When something went wrong, ownership dissolved. The person who built the house was left holding a problem that belonged to the system.
